I finally got*cough* paid for Pump It Up RISE to unlock the hidden content inside Pump It Up PHOENIX 2... and the results were not what I expected.

After arcade owners pay around $2,000 for the PHOENIX 2 upgrade, players are still expected to spend another $45 per AM.PASS card just to access most of the game's features. Without RISE, you're left with only 19 new songs on launch. So what's actually behind the paywall?
