If you've discovered Pulsar Stream Vision (or Pulsar Wildvision for green Wildlife edition products), you'll know how useful it can be to connect your Pulsar Thermal to your phone, or tablet: It allows you to see and control your thermal remotely, share the experience with others and even update the firmware. But, like anything high tech you can sometimes get into difficulties... but this guide, packed with real fixes from 25 years of helping UK thermal users, will help.
Whether you've an old Pulsar thermal on the original Stream Vision app, or something newer, like a Telos, a Merger, an Axion2 or Thermion2 that uses Stream Vision 2, Matt at Thomas Jacks will guide you through the simple steps you can take to resolve any problems you might encounter with Streamvision on your Apple iPhone, iPad, or Android device.
To check which version of Pulsar Stream Vision you need (black / silver devices) click here:
pulsarvision.com/support/check-your-firmware
Or for Wildvision for all Pulsar wildlife products (green devices) click here: pulsarwildlife.com/product/software-applications/wild-vision
And really sorry it's over a minute! But we wanted to share all the different solutions that have worked for other Pulsar owners. Good luck!
