Lithuania finds itself sandwiched between two worlds, Germany and the Soviet Union. And for them to survive they will have to choose a favourite to couple with and go against the other. And to pull this off they are going to align themselves first with the Iron Wolf.

Unfortunately this path can be rather frustrating to play with, and while it might be possible to pull off what it has available to us that doesn't mean it'll be a walk in the park to do it.
