Today in the Soviet Union it's time for them to take on their biggest rival, the United States of America. However to get there the Union will have to radically transform itself inside and out.
Borders will be redrawn, old empires will be overthrown and old oppositions will come in from the cold to claim leadership from the man of steel. All while a constant of conflict rages worldwide, but when the time is right the USSR will enforce the biggest change to economy laws that the US has ever seen.
