The Pennsylvania Turnpike's Office of Diversity and Inclusion celebrated this year's Black History Month theme of "African-Americans in Times of War" by hosting speakers Peter Miele, an expert on African Americans serving in the Civil War, and Bryan Wade, author, producer and writer of 'Keystones," a documentary on African Americans in military service.
