Everything started because Henemy (Music composer of the game) made a 5$ bet for the first 13% completion so I had to put my hands at work.
At first, I thought that this was impossible since PSYCRON (red guy) is quite fast after falling into the acid.
This was quite hard but became a bit easier once I figured out his patterns and then how I could manipulate it.
The entire sequence has to be damageless until the last room, you really need that health for the acid run.
