The party edition of the multitroid mod gives you speed booster right from the start and it needs way less distance to start the speed boost.
Also you can cancel the spark into a speed boost by pressing aimlock.
My route:
P1 Get GFS Super & kill double alphas, head down the main tunnels, grab items along the way.
P1 Head to A5, turn on EMP, ignore Zeta, save then get Screw, reload, take pipe to A3.
P1 Get Spazer, take the save in Main A3, get Space, Exit&Load, spark back to get Missile, kill gamma, kill deep a3 alpha + missile, get etank, get missile and hidden super deep a3, kill gamma, get vanilla super, reload.
P1 Go right side, get both items on the side, kill gamma, do PB puzzle, do A3 EMP, save, get Crossroads Missile, then Clean Up (BG3 - Mines - GFS - Maze - Main Tunnels), reload after Last Couple Missiles, pipe to A5 then A4, save.
P1 Pipe to A2, clean lower A2, clean Varia + 2 Missiles, reload, head A6, kill alpha and Omega, do Omega Nest with P3, reload (last save is on A4), pipe to A2, pipe to Labs, kill Larvae and Queen.
