Welcome to Psychic Empowerment part two. In this installment I will be sharing some surefire ways to increase your telekinetic energy. Of course energy work is the main topic of this lesson but I mention briefly the importance of such things as diet, drink, detoxifying, grounding, meditation, love and the avoidance of UF, RF and EMF frequencies. As stated in the video I am not an expert in energy work but I will share some exercises that worked for me in hopes it will inspire you to give one or more of these forms of energy work a try for 100 days.
Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Yoga are all good practices for increasing energy and each one has its’ own unique approach. Qi Gong works best for me whereas Tai Chi and Yoga may be better suited for others.
