Hi everyone! Today I’m reviewing “Psyche and Eros” by Luna McNamara, a feminist retelling of the Greek myth of Eros, the Greek god of desire, and his wife Psyche. I read this book for the Dymocks Reading Challenge, for the prompt “Whirlwind Romance” (which funnily enough, is actually kind of literal in the case of this book!). So, does this book, as the cover proclaims, turn this seldom-retold Greek myth into the greatest love story ever told? Or did Eros’s arrow of love miss its mark on this one?
