Hi everyone! I’m finally giving a maths book its own dedicated video; the said maths book being “The Art of Statistics” by David Spiegelhalter. YouTube seems to be rather fond of this book, as The Art of Statistics shows up in many videos discussing the “best” statistics books, plus numerous videos of its own such as this one. Spiegelhalter’s Art of Statistics is heralded as a book for both the student and the layman alike, rife with real case studies, datasets and charts. Does it live up to this reputation? How accessible is this book? Being a student and lover of mathematics myself-and needing to brush up a little in preparation for a statistics class in the upcoming semester-I decided to find out.

Hi everyone! I’m the Limitless Librarian, a 24 year old visually impaired Aussie bookworm and mathematician-in-training! As my channel name implies, I read just about anything and everything! On my booktube channel I do book reviews, themed book recommendations, and other bookish discussions.
Thank you for watching my video; as always, do lots of maths, read lots of books, and you’re sure to have an awesome day! 💚
