Afflatus Weakness - Star and Plant
What to look out for?
0:00 Stage Mechanics
Using 2/4 Star and/or Plant. So best is bring all 4 units being Star and Plant else at least 2.
But narrows down the team and only very specific teams can clear this stage (P0 teams).
Mainly Paper Heron and Liang Yue
0:55 Boss Mechanics
1. HP
This boss HP is higher than the other two stages, and there are 3 of them.
- We need to bring the FULL AOE DPS team to do it in 6 rounds, and only Paper Heron meets this criteria for an updated plant/star meta team.
2. Katydid
This Boss after casting Ult, will grant all allies [Ultimate Resistance] reducing dmg from Ultimate and also heals back 20% HP when attacking.
It also have -30% Mental Dmg Taken.
- This means, we have to do sufficient dmg to overcome the healing while trying to kill the Boss. If your team doesn't do enough, the fight will just drag on.
- Due to mental resistance, Marcus is out of the picture (either way she doesn't have enough dmg anymore) leaving only Paper Heron suitable against this Boss for Plant.
3. Guardian Grass
This Boss can inflict Petrification and also [Mis-Aim] reducing the dmg output for AOE attacks (yet they want us to use AOE attacks)
- Up to date Sustain now can easily remove [Controls], so no problem dealing with [Petrification] and also [Seal] from Katydid
4. Hog Badger
This Boss inflict [Weakness] and [Misaim] on us further reducing our dmg.
- Impromptu by passes all this as it's our characters that are inflicted with these debuffs not impromptu. This debuff is only effective when our unit attacks.
- Liang Yue have immunity and can deal with this as well.
4:30 Team Comps
Here, almost all the clears are with Paper Heron. Other than that is Liang Yue.
If you have higher portraits, then other team can work too.
6:15 Green Impromptu
1. Afflatus Advantage? Yes, Plant and Spirit
2. Just play as usual, doing there usual rotations.
3. If you see Katydid casting Ult, use An An Lee and stun it. Never let her cast Ult.
5. P0 can hit 6 rounds clear. But the below is P1 PH, and P2 TF

9:50 Liang Yue
1. Afflatus Advantage? Yes, Star
2. Just do their rotation as usual, mainly focusing on Liang Yue.
3. Can clear in 6 Rounds with high portrait. Even my P2 LY wasn't able to. If you can't kill in 6 Rounds, then quickly kill Katydid first to prevent them from Healing.
23:30 Poison
1. Afflatus Advantage? No, but Genesis bypasses defense and Dmg reductions.
2. This is not recommended at P0, your dmg is significantly lower and Katydid will keep healing back.
3. If your poison team is higher portrait, then try this: Plan for 3 Tuesday Array within 10 rounds. 4, 3, 3 rounds.
1st Array focuses on Katydid
2nd Array on another enemy
3rd Array on the last one.
By the 2nd, Katydid should be defeated already.
