Brief comparison without integer scaling on PSX. Only the resolutions themselves have been changed. Device resolutions are listed below:
RG351P - 320 x 480
RG351MP - 640 x 480
RGB10 Max - 854 x 480
PC - 3840 x 2160
Native game resolution:
Progressive: 256×224 to 640×240 pixels. Interlaced: 256×448 to 640×480 pixels.
*The performance shown is not reflected by the handhelds themselves only meant as a resolutions comparison between the 4 different systems.*
Proper RK3326 handheld settings can be found here (as good as I can get it the console will obviously show the settings better):
