Testing various settings for Wii emulation across Vulkan, Open GL, and Open GL with Hybrid Ubershaders. 2X Resolution, Backend Multithreading was turned on for each test. Read below for further settings and more information.

4:08 - OpenGL - Precompile + Hybrid Ubershaders
Best settings found below from the test. Using Dolphin use:
OpenGL
Compile Shaders Before Starting - ON
Backend Multithreading - ON
Shader Compilation Mode - Hybrid Ubershaders
Vulkan doesn't seem as stable fps-wise and has stuttering occurring throughout due to shaders. So long as your SOC is decent enough the settings above should be a flawless 60. Make sure to adjust your "Internal Resolution" accordingly to your chip.
