In this video, I detail a collector’s recent negative experience in dealing with a situation involving PSA “regrading” a PSA 10 Griffey card while not honoring their “guarantee” because of a “clerical error”. I discuss the situation, and give my thoughts about the matter while driving around running errands (and a red-light - possibly caused by my being upset at PSA).
