In this video I play around with a new toy I got recently - a grader’s loupe / magnifier complete with a light and a UV (black) light! I want to educate the hobby where I can regarding baseball cards, especially with issues from the 80s and 90s, so we’re going to compare a regular ‘91 Topps Greg Maddux card with a “supposed” Desert Shield variety. In theory, the back of the Desert Shields are supposed to glow more brightly, so I bring you with me as I experiment and discover the truth about my card. Enjoy!
