With PS5 & PS5 Pro's price rising to astronomical levels in just a few days, more and more people are asking what this means for Sony's next generation console PlayStation 6. If Sony plans to release it next year, how could they possibly release it at a somewhat affordable price given the economics right now? Sony is up against tariffs, RAM constraints and infrequent die shrinks. And to be frank, they have corporate greed. So where does that leave us? We have a rumor pointing to PS6 having bill of materials rack up to $760. And then industry analysts are signaling a much higher price expectation. Times are looking rough, but you better believe I'm gonna be here to talk about it on a YouTube video. Because that's what this planet really needs (sarcasm).
