Hi Guys :)
Just for you to understand, normally the CELL/RSX runs with about 1.20-1.30volts, it depends the PS3 Model, condition from the NecTokins, your multimeter and stuff like that.
Me and other people proved that the standard voltage is just to high and not really need because it causes extremly overheating problems and this is just unnecessary...
With other words, your PS3 is able to run also with lower voltage and also way cooler, this made my PS3 running about min. 10°C Cooler and the fan speed got lower too!
For that Mod. you will need to get connected to the PS3 Syscon, please watch this video first for more Info:

Command codes for Sherwood Syscon:
Read CELL: r 50 01
Read RSX : r 51 01
Write to CELL: w 50 [your value]
Write to RSX : w 51 [your value]
Check Checksum:

If you have the same model like in this Video, CECH-250x you can probably try my settings:
CELL 0.86250v [75] Very stable is 1.12500v [4B]
RSX 0.84375v [78] Very stable is 0.86250 [75]
To be very sure without testing around just set the CELL to 1.12500v [4B] and RSX to 0.86250v [75] Should work fine.
On the PS3 Slim CECH-200x models you can go directly to 1.12500v [4B] for the CELL and 0.9000v on the RSX [6F]
On the "Super Slim" you can go directly 1.12500v [4B] for the CELL and RSX to 0.86250v [75] Should work fine.
All this voltages was tested on normal Firmwares (CFW's) "without overclock"
DO NOT INSTALL OC CFW's if you undervolting!!!
Don't forget to fix the checksum after every change, address on sherwood syscon is:
7fe Just do it like i show in the video.
w 7fe [fixed checksum]
Get your PS3 Delided and Undervolt it, this is the best of the best for your Baby!
