As soon as i got more time ill do some more stuff about undervolting.
Just for you to understand, normally the CELL & RSX runs with about 1.20-1.30 volts, it depends the PS3 Model, condition from the NecTokins, your multimeter and stuff like that.
Me and other people proved that the standard voltage is just to high and not really need because it causes overheating problems and this is just unnecessary...
With other words, your PS3 is able to run with lower voltage way cooler!
The more cooler it runs, the more stable your system will be. That's easy, and your Power Supply will be thankful too. :) Less volts, less amperes, less watts, less heat, less power consumption, less problems!
In this video i got my CELL undervolted to 1.0875 volts and the RSX to 1.1875 volts.
Cell: 1.0875v [0]Recommend min. is 3D witch is 1.1250v
RSX: 1.1875 v [1B] if you run an OC CFW!
Without OC CFW set it to 3E wich is 1.1000v, testet 24/7
I can get my RSX even lower, but i have a Overclocked CFW, that's why 1.1850 volts. Without an OC CFW you can get your RSX lower than 1.1875 volts, but i love my OC CFW and I'm fine with 😀
For this models you can also set both chips directly to 1.1250v [3D] This works for all fat models like the CECH-A,B,C,E, DECH and DECR. Keep in mind too use a standard CFW without OC! This undervolting settings works also with OFW, Tested 24/7!
ATTENTION: On models like the CECH-H-K you need to check first which buck controller your RSX got. Search in the near of the RSX for a small Chip with the letters ISL, if you have a ISL buck controller, you will need to use the Sherwood VID Table for your RSX. In this case, use the Sherwood VID table for your RSX only, you can go for [5F] 1volt or [4F] 1.1volt.
Should work fine. On the CELL set it to 1.1250v 4B!
On some models like the K edition even if you have an ISL buck controller, you will need to use the voltage for the RSX from Mullion NCP vid table.

Undervolting made my PS3 running about 10°C Cooler and the fan speed got lower too!
10°C cooler system means also min. 10 Watts less Power Consumption, tested already.
