This is the PS3 version of NCAA 14 football running on the PS3 RPCS3 emulator for Windows PC. The game now seems be playable on RPCS3 but does require a really good CPU, preferably a new Intel or Ryzen2 with at least 6 cores and 12 threads. My older cpu here does a decent job but right now, the game definitely will do better with more cores and higher GHZ.
