Bio: A rather sleazy fellow, Pryastract isn't what you'd call the most moral person. Sentenced to 20 years for racketeering and extortion, Pryastract was broken out of the dystopia's jail (or rather, he just floated right out the front door since they had to fire the guards due to budget cuts.) Since then, he *claims* he's had a new lease on life, but nobody's buying it. Everybody knows that deep down, he's still the same old crook he always has been. But nobody dares to mess with him.
After all, he's got friends in low places.
