Commerce Sec. Howard Lutnick received “shame” chants outside of a D.C. courthouse on Thursday, as he spoke with reporters about a challenge to having President Trump’s name on the Kennedy Center.

Lutnick says the Kennedy Center is dangerous without repairs, a building that was built in 1964 and not renovated will eventually get torn down.
