Jury acquits protester Danialle Inez James of assault and harassment charges after she *allegedly* slammed a wooden pallet into the back and head of KATU news cameraman Carter Maynard at the Occupy ICE protest in the summer of 2018.
A case of the opposite of what happened to me, when I was targeted and attacked by multiple masked protesters and I was the one charged with crimes and eventually found guilty of 21 counts, including 10 felonies, for not wanting to be beaten and robbed, while the violent thugs were declared to be the innocent victims.
In fact, the same prosecutor, Kate Molina, handled both cases, and had to conjure up polar opposite arguments for both cases.
