Project Outsider: Hack Edition is a version of my previous Project Outsider No Mercy mod, except the graphics, movesets, and other things will be coded into the rom without the need of texture plugins or cheat codes to play it using a beta of Freem's VPW Studio (it's a private beta so I will not share it)


This is the first in a series of roster previews to show what has been done so far. Here is the New World Order, the second greatest WCW stable (for the first best, see the previous video)
