Batman was in the original texture based Wrestling Outsider. He was also in the US version of Firepro Wrestling 2 for the GBA, and has a moveset based from that game.

Dennis Rodman had only 4 matches and his moveset was pretty much figured out by watching them. I didn't have much to work with, but for me Rodman in the nWo is the peak of 90's wrestling awesomeness and absurdity.
