For windows , Mac , android , Wii and Wii U

- News:

-a lot of new characters from Mario kart tour
- new theme ui from mk8/tour race and menus
-mk8 and your musics title and menu ( menu still bug some times )
-a lot of retro tracks snes to Wii U and mk tour ( because this is Mario kart all-stars LoL)
- Retro kart snes available for almost all characters
-unfortunately retro nada kart and Wii kart crash game in some characters, I was made all retro main karts in every characters snes-Wii U ,but game freeze in real hardware
I made all characters be same aimbol ( blue circle ) because this game have. Alor of racers and mk Wii original don’t support ui menu theme for all unfortunately

To do :

-Fix erros in translate p ortuguese language ( my language )
-English language I started now to translate
-Fix camera If someone help me …
-Fix karts crash game and some new tracks crash game in real hardware ( dry outpost Wii U and vanilla lake mk tour rmx )
-Add more news tracks and update old tracks
-rename some tracks
