Changes :

- Mario kart tour ui
-item box Mario kart 8/ tour theme
- add Pauline
- add some snes tracks
- add Mario kart tour menu track ( it still crash sound )

To do :

- add all koopalings replace characters motorcycle
- add Mario kart 8 drivers (Iovee motorcycle too)
- add some characters and veicules from Mario kart tour (motorcycle too)
- fix camera to Mario kart 8 camera ( need help with it )
- help to fix Mario kart tour menu music not play
- add more courses and fix bugs
-remove count down numbers from gameplay screen
