Leaders of Destination Crenshaw told NBCLA on Wednesday that they’ve taken action after people living along Crenshaw Boulevard said the construction project had taken away parking from small businesses for years.
Organizers say they’ve made progress in bringing the vision for the outdoor museum to life, but three years after its initial completion date, there’s still no deadline for when it will be finished.
