Video captured the moment a big rig crashed into the concrete barrier of an overpass and was left dangling in Cincinnati.

The incident occurred on Sunday, and firefighters reported a fuel leak following the crash. Two people in the cab were rescued and are recovering in the hospital, NBC affiliate WLWT reported.
