Ok, I think most of you thought that I left for eternity but I've managed to scrap some time to play and record a video, if everything will be alright I'm able to manage to make a video from time to time. In short, reality consumed a lot of the time, family matters, work (got credited in some games :)), playing some games from my huge backlog (I bought GTA V back in 2016... and never played till last year). Ironically, last year I was so attached to playing the Baldur's Gate III, as you see - my last video is just before the release of Baldur's Gate III, it was a sole reason why I was offline for few weeks on Youtube :). Another huge achievement in gaming - some of you know that I love Grand Strategy titles (and Strategies as a whole), after 7 years when I purchased Hearts of Iron 4 - I finally managed myself to learn the game! I'm shocked in a positive manner how addicting that game is - although I love placing my units all over the map, Hearts of Iron 4 + some mods put it to the high level and I've got hundreds of hours. Of course like a lot of people I'm looking forward to play Space Marines 2 as the first installment gives me a lot of nice memories, it's always good to wear Space Marine Powersuit again... and an Autocannon. I've also played some other Boomer Shooter titles like Boltgun (yeah, I love W40K), Turbo Overkill, Wrath: Aeon of Ruins and I'm in love with some mods like Alien Armageddon or Savior of the Babes for Duke Nukem 3D. I'm also trying to find some time to try Fallout London in the near possible future, knowing myself and the love for Fallout games, this might get me addicted to it for few weeks :). Honorable mention of titles/mods I played multiple times and enjoyed it - Try Combined Arms mod for Open Red Alert, it's one of the most awesome and complex (yet simple to understand) mods I've ever played.

DEATH FORETOLD (also known as DOOM D4T) and Trouble In Rubble City map by BigBossHeinzohn for DOOM II Hell On Earth, 100% secrets achieved. DOOM DEATH FORETOLD (D4T) is a modification available for a quite long time, you have full DOOM 2016 arsenal together with DLCs and of course the monsters in their respective look. This gameplay modifiction has a quite difficulty level because on the Ultra-Violence equivalent monsters will simply hit you really hard, few projectiles are enough to take you down so do not stay in place. You begin with a standard EMG Pistol that like in DOOM 2016 has unlimited ammo and can be charged up, however this is a typical pea shooter that deals low damage so better for you to find anything else stronger. Once the enemies are damaged too much they start to glow orange, this is a moment where you can perform a glory kill on them to replenish your health, thankfully when doing this you invulnerable for a while. Every weapon in this mod has two upgrades/modes that do not work with each other, they are pretty much the same as it was in DOOM 2016, your pea shooter charges faster, you can detonare Rocket Launcher missiles mid-air etc. As I wrote earlier also the DLC multiplayer weapons are included, so with some luck you might use such weapons as Vortex and Static Rifles, the Lightning Gun that loves to burn your enemies to crisp or fancy Grenade Launcher. When writing about the map itself, Trouble in Rubble City is a medium-sized urban map with over 200 monsters, you can have some vibes from DOOM Eternal city levels, especially the first level Hell On Earth. Difficulty largely depends on the gameplay mod (if you choose one) while with Brutal Doom and Project Brutality this map was a really easy breeze, with Death Foretold its completely something different thanks to many things. Your enemies here are way stronger thanks to their powerful attacks and sometimes even their resilience, some of the monsters like Summoners are incredibly painful to deal with, lots of my deaths were thanks to them.

Project Brutality 3.0 is an upcoming version of one of the best available mods for the classic Doom - expect a lot of fun when playing it. Dissolution Remastered is a quite large WAD (155MB file) with 4 maps inside (practically three because MAP01 is just an introduction where player has nothing to do) but visuals are incredible, atmosphere is also heavy while playing this. There are not so many monsters to be found in this WAD but there are some really nasty moves that can be problematic, like for example a sudden Belphegor sneaky teleport just behind you during the fight as you can see in the first map. Also there are not so many secrets in this demo but one was very problematic for me to find that is also so far the most important because we can grab the Plasma Rifle spawn in the second level and this is a huge deal for this WAD, trust me. Whole Demo has Quake atmosphere all over it, in fact this is a prequel to the Project Slipgate that I have covered one week earlier than this (if you wonder how to find it, at the end of the video there is a link sending you to the previous video). Like Project Slipgate some of the monsters that you are going to encounter in this WAD have invisibility flag so you wont see them till they attack you, some of these encounters are really dangerous when you have bad luck in monster spawns. First level might give you some challenge because there are not so much ammo to be found + you are going to encounter stronger monsters since the beginning, for example first two minutes there is an Arachnotron, Mancubus, Baron of Hell. Then you are going to some kind of caves with lots of Spectres and even more invisible monsters, thankfully its not so far from to finish this map, you can instantly go to the teleporter or eliminate invisible Archvile as you wish. Second map is longer and in my opinion way more difficult than the previous, ambushes and surprises are even more annoying, there are not so many light sources and to make things more interesting, monsters spawning right next to you is often. The last level of this demo is really short and there are only 10 monsters to be found (including the Cyberdemon boss), but you can also find your first and only BFG with a handy Megasphere just before the boss fight with Cybie and invisible Archviles.

Project Brutality 3.0 is an upcoming version of one of the best available mods for the classic Doom - expect a lot of fun when playing it. Please note that the Project Brutality 3.0 in its current state is still Work In Progress, so bugs are to be expected, together with crashes to desktop (same with addons, they are not 100% always compatible and actual). If you remember the E2M6 Fake Exit, in this remake of the second episode of The Ultimate Doom - The Shores of Hell, its cranked up to eleven, once you fall into this known trap, there is no chance to return, absolutely zero. Not only you are surrounded by multiple Archviles in a very small trap room, but also if you play without double jumping + ledge grab, there is no possibility to come back to the surface, thus you are blocked permanently. But going back to the beginning, if you watched my previous playthrough of episode MARTIAN FURY, we begin on the other side of the transmitter that we had to enter previously, but things are way worse than we expected. While in previous episode the level of merging two realms - hellish and human was quite low and was bigger whenever we were close to the Alpha Matter Transmission Station, this place has been completely overrun by Hell itself. The frequency of skull switches, flesh, pools of blood and lava is way higher than previously, of course it is mixed with the techbase texture set but the demons and their masters simply turned this former colony into outpost of Hell. The maps are in my opinion way more complex and longer than those from Martian Fury, they also have more monsters with some of them appearing for the first time (Mancubi and Pain Elementals), the traps are also more frequent. Levels that can give you quite a headache during the exploration are the Delta Labs with a cental hub similar to the Dead Simple where you have access to four different paths and previous map E2M3 Waste Runoff Control because of the size and mazes. Some of ambushes are extremely nasty and dangerous, the most dangerous one is when you are on your way to find the secret teleporter to the E2M9 Decommisioned Mining Checkpoint, you are trapped with multiple Barons of Hell in a really small corridor. However the episode despite problems with navigation and some nasty ambushes is really enjoyable, you have tons of secrets to explore, lots of ammo and bonuses to find + these are not slaughter type maps with thousands of monsters.

Project Brutality 3.0 is an upcoming version of one of the best available mods for the classic Doom - expect a lot of fun when playing it. Retribution Trilogy is a WAD that is made of 3 levels - two are quite long (with Regnum Damnatorum being obviously the biggest and longest) with Iconoclasm being a final level, short but also the most difficult. And Regnum Damnatorum is surely difficult too with over 1000 monsters placed in the small rooms or large open areas, a surely difficult experience with hordes of tough demons that want to snipe you. I wrote about sniping because in some areas it comes to such situations where Shotgunners and Chaingunners are placed on the other end of the area, sniping you without mercy from a long distance, surely hurts. Of course other monsters also want to take you down in huge numbers like Revenants and Mancubi who seem to appear the most times on this map, both will take you down really fast when you have nowhere to run. The map is divided in four different biomes that you have to explore - first one is the starting point with Slayers Tomb and monsters around, you also have access to the teleporters and you are blocked from final arena. There are two biomes connected by teleporters that you must explore to find the blue and yellow skull keys, both arenas will surely give you lots of challenge and secrets to explore (5 in each biome to find). Teleport to your right from starts sends you to a more difficult arena from start, you are instantly welcomed by a horde of mid-high tier monsters like Arachnotrons, Mancubi and Revenants, ouch. Teleport to the left has in my opinion less difficult beginning of the map with slower start and also easier encounters, you have way more place to navigate around than in the previous area in my opinion. And finally the arena with a Spider Mastermind that guards a teleporter to the Iconoclasm level - while the Spider itself is a piece of cake, beyond the teleporter to Iconoclasm awaits you a really big difficulty leap.

PROJECT BRUTALITY 3.0 and Assembly Line for Doom II Hell On Earth by Regular Warren on Man And A Half Difficulty level, Chaotic Random Spawn Preset, 100% Secrets Achieved. Project Brutality 3.0 is an upcoming version of one of the best available mods for the classic Doom - expect a lot of fun when playing it. Please note that the Project Brutality 3.0 in its current state is still Work In Progress, so bugs are to be expected, together with crashes to desktop (same with addons, they are not 100% always compatible and actual). Assembly Line is a fantastic Quake II/Quake III styled long map with very easy and interesting secrets to find (one has Pain Elemental on legs while the second one has a Cacodemon... also with legs). The maps difficulty ranges up to even very high because of the monster placement in the areas and small/medium size of the rooms where you have to pick up a fight, surely a very difficult WAD to play. Although arenas have a lot of small health pickup, with Project Brutality and its monsters its way more difficult, lots of the monsters in Project Brutality deal splash damage that will simply knock you down. Even the first arena might give you a bit of challenge because there are not only the Pinkies and Imps as basic fodder, but also the Chaingunners and Revenants already in the first room to encounter. While leaving the first room you have to choose between two doors in the main hall - left or right, the one in front of you are sealed till you press two switches, personally I choose path to the left. The path to the left in my opinion is way easier than the path to the right, because the room is much bigger + your only pain are the Revenants plus two Archviles, but you can hide from them easily. The next room however is a real nightmare to deal with, a really small room with tons of monsters including the Archvile, Revenants, Mancubi and Hell Knights, in my opinion a really tough room. Fight your way till the end to press the switch AND once returning you will reveal a secret area with mandatory goodies to grab - return to the main hall and pick the doors to the right and do the same. The last main big arena is really tough and you will be BLASTED literally to some sort of other dimension, I had to turn the god mode and fly because no chance with PB I was able to reach the end, lol.

First Contact is a WAD that has 6 short maps connected with each other, its mostly seen during the first three maps where exits are simply marked by an invisible line, you cross the line and new map is loaded like in Quake II. The beginning of the WAD is really similar to one from Duke Nukem 3Ds episode II The Lunar Apocalypse where we start in a space shuttle, grab the backpack and open the doors to move outside to corridor, hint - there is also a secret. When you see a ventilation grating just jump inside - there is a Chainsaw and some shotgun ammo to grab, together with a lost Imp, exit the place and head to the Hanger surely infested by the Zombies, Scientists included there too. You will clearly notice some Duke Nukem vibes like sound effects and these red lights on ceilings what was quite common in Lunar Apocalypse, anyway move through and you will enter some sort of Chapel in this Spaceport (yes, its called Spaceport). You must go the to the left and on the power again, it will open the shutters to your right of course with additional enemies - this room contains last key to exit and a secret behind the wall, a Super Shotgun spawn waiting for you. Behind the exit doors there is a metro station that does not work, thus you will be forced to take a trip on foot to the power station, quite small area with only one secret that contains Chainsaw, but you already have it tho. Third area is somewhat strange compared to the previous, its a teleporter that leads you back to Earth, only one secret to find but this is a huge one, Megasphere that early in the WAD is rare, but you might need noclip to go through the grating. When you return to Earth, you will see that something is wrong going here and the Hell slowly began to consume the reality by augmenting it, your objective is to stop the invasion by any means necessary. As always, it means to return to Hell once again, by crossing the gates of hellish portal, that connects Hell with Earth... dont forget that you need OTEX textures WAD to run it correctly!

PROJECT BRUTALITY 3.0 together with Trilogy of Terror by vedan on the Man and a Half difficulty level for DOOM 2, Chaotic Random spawn preset, 100% Secrets achieved. Project Brutality 3.0 is an upcoming version of one of the best available mods for the classic Doom - expect a lot of fun when playing it. Please note that the Project Brutality 3.0 in its current state is still Work In Progress, so bugs are to be expected, together with crashes to desktop (same with addons, they are not 100% always compatible and actual). Trilogy of Terror is a WAD that combines three maps by vedan including the HUB area where you can choose the maps in any order you want, including a possibility to preselect a difficulty before starting each map you want. All of the maps will take you between 10 to 15+ minutes (author suggest that it might take to 20) with obtaining all the secrets, Temple of Doom is by far the shortest one while Techbase of Terror seems to be the longest one and complicated. If I had to select the maps starting from the easiest, Temple of Doom is by far not only the fastest to complete but also the shortest, despite having the highest amount of monsters that have to be eliminated, its also quite straightforward. Then there is a Dungeon of Despair that can be quite complicated at first because of these switches and annoying puzzle at the end that somehow does not work me dunno why, the map itself is also quite dark and you block yourself with mistake. When there is a section with 10 enemies appearing one after previous, if you somehow step on the trigger line but do not run forward fast enough, you will be blocked in a small room and you have to use noclip because this wall cannot be opened. The hardest map by far is the Techbase of Terror that is the longest one can surprise you with these annoying Zombie teleports, with Project Brutality it can be even more difficult because Plasma Zombies are no joke, for real. Plasma Zombies accompanied by Chainsaw Zombies and Scientists, who thankfully for you tend to fight each other because Plasma guys love to miss a lot, but being hit by them takes a lot of health points from Doomguy, ouch. The map has one potential blocker if you press the button to start the core before activating four nodes before - if you do this, the only way to escape the room is by a secret, but if you dont know a secret area, you are screwed. When you finish any level you are returned to the Hub with all the weapons and armor lost, but health remains - what is understandable because starting with full gear would make these levels a lot easier, especially Techbase.

PROJECT BRUTALITY 3.0 and The Realm Of Water from Elementalism for DOOM II Hell On Earth by multiple authors on Ultra-Violence Difficulty level, Chaotic Random Spawn Preset, 100% Secrets Achieved. Project Brutality 3.0 is an upcoming version of one of the best available mods for the classic Doom - expect a lot of fun when playing it. The Water Realm of Elementalism is in my opinion a little bit harder than the Fire one, but I had to decrease a difficulty a bit because the monster count is way higher thus some areas are completely unplayable due to the perf issues. This episode has astonishing visuals with water, caves and sand being the main themes of this episode, there are also some custom water monsters added like Arachnobrains, Cthulhus, poisonous Imps and it might be all of these. Water Realm really loves to put you in quite dangerous situations because the movement might be limited in some places, for example in W4 when about to obtain a red key, you have multiple mini arenas where its to get blocked by collisions. In overall lots of fights in this episode are gruesome, at the end of The Palace of Tears was a really difficult fight against two Cyberdemons in a long but tight corridor, in my opinion its one of the hardest parts of this episode. The longest map to complete is W3 The Roots Of Weeping Mountain, it might take more than 30 minutes to finish and it has a total of 9 secrets to explore + multiple rooms where you have to find 3 keys scattered around a map to unlock an exit. First two maps might be a small start before next three maps, they are a lot shorter and smaller, however it does not mean that these have no tough fighting, The Sunken Temple is full of annoying encounters + it loves teleporting monsters, ouch. A Watery Grave which is a starting map has a total of seven secrets and rather easy map layout, not so difficult when compared to next maps and also has one annoying timed secrets with Berserk Pack behind a fake wall, there is only one chance to obtain it. Ive been playing on the semi-continuous setting, it means that whenever you finish a level, ammunition for your high tier weapons like Energy Cells or Explosive Ordnance is taken away, just to increase a difficulty a bit :P. The final boss is an Pale Eyed King, a very difficult encounter where a final boss of this episode loves to summon even more monsters including Cyberdemons, also watch out for his ice spheres because they damage you incredibly fast.
