On August 23, pastor Carol Daniels did her weekly hour long drive from her home to a small, poverty-stricken town with homelessness, substance abuse, and a lack of support for the people who were struggling in life. Reverand Daniels, in spite of the fact the tiny church there that she was working so hard to keep alive (and the attendance was quite tiny), she gave her heart and soul to the residents, helping everyone, especially nursing home residents and anyone who came into the open door church on Sunday when she could help them.
But, one Sunday, the person who came in, brutally murdered this good-hearted woman, locking the church behind them (or before the murder) as they made their escape. Nude, clothes missing, many stab wounds, throat cut, hair burned off and arms outstretched where she lay behind the alter....this is a profiler type of crime to analyze.
And, they did! I will discuss the various conclusions of the profilers and then share my own conclusion as to who committed the crime and why.
