It's funny 'cause Tom Kane. (And MAN is the Professor a pain to draw in Flash!!!)

So I saw the Billy & Mandy episode "Super Zero" the night it premiered in the fall of '04, and RIGHT then and there I knew Captain Space Heifer had the same voice as Professor Utonium. Just recently, this idea came into my mind.
