Stefano Puntoni is the Sebastian S. Kresge Professor of Marketing at the Wharton School. His research traces how new technology is changing consumption and society, including how humans adopt and evolve with AI. He studies new technologies in marketing, technology adoption, brand management, consumer decision making, human behaviour, and artificial intelligence.
