On the eve of the day for Truth and Reconciliation, Ottawa is under fire after a Global News investigation, with researchers from the First Nations University, into Canada’s billion dollar Indigenous procurement program.

The probe found the federal program is easily exploited by businesses pretending to be First Nations, Inuit or Métis owned.
