The U.S. Coast Guard has wrapped up its two-week investigative hearing into the June 2023 implosion of OceanGate's Titan submersible. Heidi Petracek reports on the new details that surprised even Capt. Jamie Frederick, who headed up the search for the vessel; and on the status of Canada's own review into the tragedy.
