My PO has cited me and is claiming that I have "violated the conditions of supervision" by specifically mentioning the names of the people who took part in the mob attack on me. They are considered the "victims" as I was found guilty by Judge Thomas Ryan of 21 counts for defending myself against what I perceived to be unlawful force and imminent further unlawful force being used against me.
My PO gave me a choice: Either I could voluntarily sign more of my 1st Amendment rights away and agree as part of my probation to not mention their names or I could let the judge decide. Seeing that I do not think I've violated anything, I opted for the judge. If they want to further oppress me and my Constitutional rights, they will have to order it by force.
My mentions of those involved in the assaultive behavior against me have been "about" them and not "directed toward them" so I have not had "contact" with them.
I am ordered to appear on August 14th at the Multnomah County Courthouse, 1021 SW 4th Ave. Portland Oregon. The judge could decide that this is not a violation, he could make new orders that I am not to mention their names, he could extend my probation, or he could order me to be tossed back in jail.
