Former Oregon state representative Mike Nearman is sentenced to 18 months of bench probation by Marion county judge Cheryl Pellegrini. Nearman plead guilty to Official Misconduct, a class A misdemeanor, for opening a door and walking out of the Oregon capitol building in December of 2020.
