In this video I show how I repainted the face and made the sparkly top and head piece :)

Materials used;
Face;
Monster High Draculaura doll
Mr. Super Clear spray sealent
Faber-Castell Albrecht Dürer water color pencils
Chalk pastels (brown, pink, and black)
Mika powder
Viscose doll hair
Doll lashes
Waterbased
Top/head piece;
Non fray fabric & thread
Fabric glue
Velcro or buttons
Glitters
Rhinestones, pearls & mini beads (all from ebay)
Tulle
