AkameruKawaii | Miniature Samurai Swords ("Katana" Suicide Squad) Inspired Doll Tutorial @AkameruKawaii | Uploaded November 2016 | Updated October 2024, 23 hours ago.
Hi guys! Today we're making these miniature samurai swords – inspired by Katana from the Suicide Squad movie ^^ Since these were inspired by her character I worked with reference pictured from the movie which made it kindda hard to see finer details. If you want to make accurate swords there are many good reference pictures to be found on google :) I plan to use these swords for a Katana chacracter repaint soon, so stay tuned for that ^^
Good to know:
I mostly work in 1:12 scale, but you can make them in any size you want and add headpins to make them charms :) I used a mix of the polymer clay brands Fimo and Cernit, but you can use any brand you like. The liquid clay I use is from the brand Fimo. My mold maker is from Siligum/Sili-put.
