When cerebral palsy sufferer Gregory Iron pinned Johnny Gargano in Greg's first match back from a life-threatening concussion, Gargano snapped. Months of rage built inside him until he finally unleashed a violent assault on his inspirational rival, leaving Iron concussed and on the shelf again. When Iron returned three months later, he challenged Gargano to one of wrestling's most dangerous matches - Last Man Standing.
