However, it did not take long for potential challengers to make their presence known. #1 contender Mike Tolar, fresh off of defeating first-ever PWO Champion "M-Dogg 20" Matt Cross made it very clear to Gargano that he was coming to live up to his moniker of "The Greatest Thing Going Today".
