A West Jordan man who holds a position of authority within his family’s church was arrested Tuesday for the CSA of his 14-year-old nephew, according to West Jordan Police.

The 37-year-old man, whose identity is being withheld to protect the victim, is facing two counts of aggravated CSA, a first-degree felony, aggravated kidnapping, a third-degree felony, two counts of forcible CSA, a second-degree felony, and lewdness, a class B misdemeanor.
