The original one seems to have fallen off of YouTube again (redundant as of 1-9-22), this time being blocked in all territories. Luckily I have a copy of the video on my computer, so I'm able to reupload it.
The original uploader was user 'happyhappyfunball', Aired in West Covina, CA on May 5, 1993. If this video is anything to go by, their local Continental Cablevision headend upgraded their Prevue Guide to the later 'Blue Grid' (internally named 'Scrid') software, still on the Amiga.
The original video featured copy written audio, hence why it got blocked everywhere. It was viewable for a small period of time first muted, then unmuted, before getting blocked yet again.
