Co-founder of the School of Leadership Studies and Director of the Cargill Center for Ethical Leadership at Kansas State University Dr. Shoop is a nationally recognized expert in the areas of leadership and school law, sexual harassment and abuse prevention. He is author of the book "Educator Sexual Misconduct: How to Spot it and Stop It" and has produced nineteen books and over 100 journal articles, monographs, book chapters, and six educational video programs receiving national and international recognition.
