2 years of construction in 1 minute and 48 seconds—that’s what we call the time-lapse effect. Once the project is complete, our professional drone footage provides additional exciting perspectives and a view of the construction site from angles that camera systems can’t capture. The project is documented using high-resolution construction site cameras, creating a clear and objective construction progress timelapse without the use of drone footage.

The logistics property is being developed by DFI Real Estate on a brownfield site in Rhineland-Palatinate, close to the French border and with excellent access to the Karlsruhe economic region.
The building is already fully leased and will be used as a temperature-controlled distribution center for food logistics.
