The scam: Pet scammers post ads on Craigslist, pet sale sites, and phony websites with stolen pictures and animal descriptions. They attempt to get you to pay an adoption fee or some other amount for a shipping company to ship the pets to your location. The pets never come and it is all a scam. NEVER wire money for an animal online. Anyone who asks you to pay through Moneygram or Western Union is ALWAYS a scammer, so be wary when buying pets online. I had these fucks going for 3 days thinking I was going to pay them $1000 for some African grey parrots. Nice try, scammers.
