At the time of our visit in 2011, Mike and Anne Noel were operating a 50 acre apple orchard called the Petrofka Bridge Orchard near Waldheim Saskatchewan. Aside from successfully growing a number of apple varieties developed by the University of Saskatchewan for the harsh Canadian prairie climate, they also built an apple crushing press which allows them to produce apple cider products.
