The 4200 acre Martin family farm in Saskatchewan produces a number of grains and oil-seeds every year. One of the more popular crops is barley. The family has developed a snack food product that is being made with barley flour from their farm. They use 2-row hulless barley to make what is marketing as "Martins Munchies" which at the time of our visit was being distributed through health food stores in western Canada.
