Driven by a shared vision and a desire to effectively share knowledge across the organization, more than 40 recently hired employees at Georgia-Pacific's new Dixie tableware plant in Jackson, Tennessee, traveled to Bowling Green, Kentucky, for an immersive training experience. While there, the Jackson team members spent time with their Bowling Green counterparts – focusing on innovation, equipment and essential skills. This collaborative effort sets the stage for the grand opening of the Jackson facility this summer as the team aligns its expertise and builds its skills to ensure a successful launch.
