POV: You’re a mom who knows your baby is going to nap for the next 1.5 hours… so you actually get to ENJOY your break. 😌☀️

A nap doesn’t just mean your baby gets sleep.

It means YOU get a break, too. 🙌🏼

Take a nap.
Take a shower.
Eat your snack while it’s still warm. 🥨
Sit on the porch and scroll.
Fold the laundry… or absolutely do NOT fold the laundry. 😂

When your baby’s naps are consistent and predictable, you don’t have to spend their entire nap wondering, “How long do I have before they wake up?”

You can actually plan your day around sleep, and that can make such a HUGE difference in how motherhood feels.

If your baby’s naps are unpredictable, short, or all over the place, you don’t have to just accept it as your reality.
