There’s a new way to brew tea…and you may be surprised at how much it can completely change the flavour of your tea. This approach is completely different to Gong Fu, and if you like to push the boundaries or experiment with your tea this something to definitely try out. When I tried pour over tea from Master Wang Ming in China I was so impressed by this method and knew I needed to try it out at home. I’ve been testing it out with different teas and so far this is what works best for me. I’d love to hear your thoughts if you have tried this method, what differences did it make with your tea? Teas I don’t recommend with this method:
- White teas made with buds or larger leaves
- Dark teas like Hei Cha, Shu PuEr, Luí Bao
- Rock Oolongs
